Sanofi Joins ProAge to Champion Age-Inclusive Workplaces
Sanofi, a global healthcare leader dedicated to improving lives through the miracles of science, has joined ProAge as a member to support their mission of fostering age-inclusive workplaces. The company seeks to build on its existing initiatives to promote age inclusivity, including its 'Generations+' employee resource group, formed in 2021, to address age-related inclusion and ensure all employees, regardless of age, feel valued and supported.
By joining ProAge, Sanofi aims to enhance its own approach to age inclusivity by working alongside and learning from other members. ProAge will support Sanofi in enhancing its workplace policies to foster inclusivity and leverage the strengths of a multigenerational workforce.
